They are separate cigars. halfwheel reports the Oscuro went to TAA member retailers in 2024 with a habano-seed wrapper from Oliva Tobacco Co., a leaf halfwheel’s reviewer believes, without confirmation, is Ecuadorian too, so the seed variety is the clearer difference.
