About the Hemingway Line

Arturo Fuente built the Hemingway line after the family moved to the Dominican Republic in 1980, at a time when almost no one was making shaped cigars. Carlito Fuente created it to bring back the hand-rolled perfecto, a hard-to-make shape that was popular in the 1920s, ’30s and ’40s.

Pairing and Storage

Our cigar pairing guide recommends bourbon for medium cigars, and its caramel and vanilla sit naturally next to the cocoa and vanilla Cigar Aficionado found here. Since this cigar ships only once or twice a year, our humidor basics guide is worth a look if you stock up.
