Here at Cigar Castle we take pride in our humidor and strive to provide a premium product that will arrive to you in the same conditions we shipped it. Cigars are temperature and humidity sensitive and while we can’t regulate the temperatures we do ship every order with a two-way humidification pack. All our packages are surrounded by ample packing material and tightly sealed prior to being labeled. This ensures your cigars arrive safely and properly humidified. In the unfortunate event your cigars are damaged in shipping retain the packaging and refer to our return policy.

All orders received are processed and packed as quickly as possible, generally within 1 to 2 business days, orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. We currently have a balanced shipping policy using USPS ground (we may offer other shipping methods in the future), most packages arrive within 2 to 4 business days, unfortunately once it leaves our building it’s in the governments hands and we can’t guarantee when it will arrive. All shipments are provided with tracking information once they are received by the carrier, you can track shipments using this number at the respective carrier’s website. In the event a package is delayed, misdirected or marked as delivered but is not received contact the carrier with any disputes. We will assist you to the best of our ability once provided with a case number from the carrier.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect addresses.

Packages returned as undeliverable will not be refunded.
