Construction & Origin

This 5⅝ x 46 Corona Gorda uses a dark USA Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, aged up to five years in oak cognac barrels before rolling, over premium Dominican binder and filler tobaccos. Hand-rolled at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia in the Dominican Republic, the No. 46’s smaller ring gauge compared to other Anejo vitolas lets the cognac-aged wrapper’s flavor come through even more intensely. True to the line’s tradition, it’s released in small batches only around Father’s Day and Christmas each year.
