This 5¾ x 52 robusto is a full Dominican puro, dressed in a deep Colorado Maduro wrapper over premium Dominican binder and filler, hand-rolled at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia. The Forbidden X line was created as a celebration of the company’s 100th anniversary, using what Fuente describes as the rarest selections of tobacco grown at Chateau de la Fuente — leaves aged in “Forbidden barrels” kept in a secret area of the factory, overseen personally by Carlito Fuente. Because of this genuinely limited sourcing, most retailers cap purchases at just 3 cigars per customer.
