Construction & Origin

This 6⅝ x 44 torpedo fino uses a USA Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, aged five to eight months in oak cognac barrels, over premium Dominican binder and filler tobaccos fermented for up to five years. Every cigar is hand-rolled at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia in the Dominican Republic. True to the line’s tradition, the 888 ships only twice a year — around Father’s Day and Christmas — in 24-count boxes, and is widely considered one of the harder Anejo sizes to find on any given day.
