Construction & Origin

This 5⅝ x 54 double robusto is a full Nicaraguan puro, finished in a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper — the same prized leaf Pete Johnson has used across several of Tatuaje’s most celebrated recent releases, including the Avión ’13 Corojo and Tatuaje 7th Corojo. Beneath that wrapper sits a dual Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long-filler tobacco, hand-rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua. The PCA series launched in 2022 as a sister line to Tatuaje’s beloved TAA releases, created specifically to support the retailers who show up and order at the Premium Cigar Association’s annual trade show.
