The Arturo Fuente Destino al Siglo de Familia is part of the Gran AniverXario Destino al Siglo line — “century of destiny” — created in 2012 to mark Arturo Fuente’s 100th anniversary since the company’s founding in Tampa, Florida in 1912. Where the standard Opus X uses a Corojo-seed wrapper, this commemorative series takes a deliberate departure: a Habano-seed Dominican sun-grown wrapper, developed specifically for this project at Chateau de la Fuente. Inside, the blend is entirely Dominican, using Fuente-grown tobaccos selected from the family’s own plantations and rolled by the company’s most experienced torcedores.

As the name suggests, De Familia is built as a tribute to everything that binds the Fuente family together — crafted for long, unhurried smokes meant to be savored rather than rushed.
