The Padrón Serie 1926 No. 6 Maduro is a box-pressed 4 3/4 x 50 robusto with a dark Nicaraguan maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. Padrón ages the line’s tobacco five years, and this is the second-smallest of its ten sizes.
What It Tastes Like
In August 2023 Cigar Aficionado scored this maduro 92 points and rated it full. Its reviewer found an earthy, peppery smoke built on roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate, with pepper rising at the close; it burned and drew evenly. Neptune Cigar’s notes add leather, cocoa and nutmeg before an espresso-like sweetness.
