Only 1,500 boxes of the Crowned Heads Juarez Bulldozer LE 2025 were rolled at the Pichardo factory in Nicaragua. A slight departure from the original Juarez blend it’s made up of a Mexican San Andres wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and Dominican, Nicaraguan and Mexican San Andres filler leaf. It’s loaded?with notes of cedar, leather, and earth with hints of spice and dark chocolate on the finish.

Description
The Crowned Heads Juarez Bulldozer LE 2025 marks a real milestone — the first limited edition release for the Juárez line in three years, and a genuine departure from what fans expect from the blend.
Construction & Origin
This box-pressed 5½ x 58 gordo is finished with a distinctive pigtail cap and a dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, with filler tobaccos drawn from the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Nicaragua — a modified version of the standard Juárez blend, which normally doesn’t include any Mexican leaf. Blended by Jon Huber and hand-rolled at Tabacalera Pichardo in Estelí, Nicaragua, Huber explained the direction in a press release: “We wanted a big-bang, flavor-forward profile to complement the larger 58-ring gauge, so we amped up the original blend, box-pressed it, and finished it with a pigtail cap.” Just 1,500 boxes of 12 were produced worldwide — 18,000 cigars total.
Flavor Profile
Medium-to-full bodied and full-flavored, this cigar delivers dark cocoa, coffee bean, leather, earth, buttercream, toasted nuts, all-spice, black pepper, and toffee. Reviewers note the added Mexican tobacco genuinely ramps up complexity compared to the standard Juárez line, delivering real depth without losing the balance the core blend is known for.
Why It’s Sought After
Crowned Heads only revisits the Juárez line for limited editions occasionally — the last one, “Shots,” came out back in 2022. With production capped at 1,500 boxes and no plans for a reprint, this is a genuine one-time addition to a well-regarded, budget-friendly core line — a rare chance to see what the standard Juárez blend can do when Crowned Heads pushes it further.
