The Zino Nicaragua Half Corona 5 Pack holds five 4 x 44 cigars from Davidoff’s Zino brand, in what halfwheel, Cigar Coop and Davidoff each call a pre-cut tin. Per halfwheel, Diadema in Honduras rolls them with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Semilla 56 binder from Nicaragua and Dominican, Honduran and Nicaraguan filler.
What It Tastes Like
halfwheel smoked the tinned version and found caramel, espresso and cedar early, then hay, dark chocolate and a vegetal note as the caramel faded; a salted popcorn flavor led the last third, with lemongrass appearing now and then. Davidoff’s card names cream, milk coffee, leather, salted nuts and fresh pepper.
