The Viaje Private Keep is a 6 x 52 toro that arrives without a band, its release identified only by the color of its ribbon. The series holds blends that Viaje owner Andre Farkas made but had not released.
What It Tastes Like
We could not find a published score for a 6 x 52 Private Keep. halfwheel scored the 6 x 54 Chartreuse, released in August 2020, at 88: almond ran throughout, with early spice, a caramel-like middle and cocoa and cedar late, as strength rose to medium-full. Retailer Small Batch Cigar’s blind panel found leather, pepper, chocolate and dark fruit in the 2019 6 x 52.

Viaje showed Private Keep at the 2018 IPCPR trade show. Farkas said there, per halfwheel, that each blend Viaje releases has at least five others behind it that were tried and set aside. Releases have shipped in boxes of 37.
