Description
The Redemption by El Titan de Bronze Robusto is a 5 x 50 cigar with a sun-grown Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder from Estelà and Nicaraguan filler from Estelà and Jalapa. It is the 2024 Redemption blend, hand-rolled at El Titan de Bronze on SW 8th Street in Miami’s Little Havana.
What It Tastes Like
Cigar Insider, Cigar Aficionado’s newsletter, scored this Robusto 91 points on January 14, 2025 and rated it medium in strength. Its tasters found flowers with a touch of mint and pine up front, then ginger, cinnamon and orange zest, closing on a clean, piney note, with an even draw and burn. In its review of the Toro size, halfwheel picked out cashew and cocoa nibs, with plenty of black pepper through the nose.
Who It’s For
- Robusto smokers who like a classic 5 x 50 frame.
- Anyone curious about Miami-rolled cigars, since Cigar Aficionado counts this factory among the last in the city making premium smokes.
- Fans of spice and citrus, the profile Cigar Insider described.

About the Redemption Line
Sandy Cobas founded El Titan de Bronze in 1995, according to Cigar Aficionado. Redemption already existed as factory-direct blends such as Sun Grown and Maduro; this separate blend debuted at the 2024 PCA trade show and launched with General Cigar as its distributor, reaching retailers in July 2024 per halfwheel and Cigar Aficionado.
