The Mi Querida Black Unicorn is a 6 1/4 x 60 diadema that dresses Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust’s Mi Querida Black blend in a Connecticut broadleaf No. 1 Dark wrapper, over a Mexican San Andrés Negro binder and filler from Nicaragua, Honduras and the Dominican Republic. Cigar Coop credits the NACSA factory in Nicaragua, and both halfwheel and Cigar Coop tie its debut to PCA 2023.

What It Tastes Like

Cigar Coop scored it 88 points in an Agile Cigar Review published April 4, 2024. The reviewer found mocha, red pepper, damp earth and cedar early; the mocha soon became plain coffee, earth led the middle, and the pepper kept climbing toward the end. The review rated strength medium, rising to medium-full in the second half.
