Jose Pepin Garcia and My Father Cigars have done his magic numerous times and, as expected, did it again with the El Centurion Toro Grande. But this time, he went all out. He used all four varieties of Nicaragua tobacco grown on his farms. Regardless of the year of production, the El-Centurion cigars all had Nicaragua binders and Criollo 98 and Corojo 99, and Sancti Spiritus fillers. The Sancti Spiritus leaves are a special kind of tobacco leaves found only in Central Cuba from where the master blender hails. The wrapper is a gorgeous, oily Sun Grown Criollo ’98 tobacco leaf.
