The Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Eye of the Bull is a 3 1/2 x 55 short robusto that wraps Dominican binder and filler in African Cameroon leaf. A disc of darker leaf at the center of its cap creates the bull’s-eye look behind its name.
What It Tastes Like
Cigar Aficionado scored it 94 (January 2025 issue), rated it medium-full and ranked it No. 9 of 2024. Its tasters found it a stronger take on the Don Carlos blend, with baking spice, cedar and walnut that build steadily, a bright orange-peel close and a slow, cool burn. Cigar Coop scored it 90 and medium, noting coffee, cream, cedar and black pepper.
