Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, this Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Edicion de Aniversario Toro cigar features a Sungrown Habano wrapper, identical to the renowned Opus X. The binder and filler are both Dominican, contributing to its harmonious blend.
