Description
Arturo Fuente Casa Fuente Doble Corona
The Arturo Fuente Casa Fuente Doble Corona carries a genuinely rare backstory — a cigar once impossible to find anywhere except a single lounge in Las Vegas.
Construction & Origin
Since its debut, Casa Fuente was exclusive to the Casa Fuente Cigars Lounge inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas — the only place in the world you could get one. That changed as part of Arturo Fuente’s “Support Local” initiative, created to help independent cigar shops recover from pandemic-era hardship and give fans who couldn’t travel to Vegas a chance at this coveted blend. This Doble Corona measures 7⅝” x 49, handmade at Tabacalera A. Fuente in the Dominican Republic using aged Dominican binder and filler tobaccos, finished in a savory, red-hued Cameroon wrapper.
Flavor Profile
Medium-bodied and complex — chocolate, cedar, and cocoa open the smoke, joined by roasted nuts and black pepper as it develops, with reviewers frequently noting a smooth, creamy finish that rivals Fuente’s more famous Opus X line. The extra length gives this Doble Corona room to breathe, with a cool, steady burn that comfortably pushes past an hour.
Why It’s Sought After
Even with its limited nationwide release, Casa Fuente remains genuinely hard to find — shops that receive an allocation frequently report selling out almost immediately. Many longtime Fuente fans and reviewers rank it alongside or even above the standard Opus X line, and its origin as a once-Vegas-only exclusive gives it a mystique few other Fuente releases can match.
