In February 2017 it earned 91 points at mild-medium strength, with tasters reporting a creamy, lively smoke carrying citrus (lemon peel, dried orange) and a honeyed sweetness. The April 2019 tasting came in at 85 points and mild: the burn wandered, and a chalky dryness was offset by toast and a touch of black pepper before a quick finish.
