The Padrón Series 4000 Maduro is a rich, full-size Toro in Padrón’s Thousand Series — the affordable, everyday line built on the same sun-grown Nicaraguan tobacco that made the brand’s name.
Construction & Origin
This 6 1/2 x 54 Toro is a Nicaraguan puro, built with a Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, hand-rolled at Tabacos Cubanica S.A. in Estelí. Like the rest of the Thousand Series, it uses sun-grown tobaccos aged a minimum of 2.5 years — a shorter cycle than Padrón’s premium anniversary lines, but built with the same hands-on factory craftsmanship.
Flavor Profile
Medium to full-bodied, this cigar delivers dark chocolate, espresso, black pepper, and a subtle sweetness, with a rich, slow-burning smoke that suits the larger ring gauge. It’s a step up in intensity from the Natural version while remaining an easygoing, relaxed size.
