The maker’s description is brief: florals with a rustic edge and a bite of white pepper. Stogie Press, reviewing it on July 19, 2021, found spice, herbs and a hint of dried fruit early with a dark, bitter chocolate arriving midway; the second third turned to sweet cream and a hot-cocoa quality, the aroma then went floral, and pepper built into a last third that burned slightly hot.
