Davidoff first sold a Winston Churchill cigar in 2007, then retired that blend and showed a rebuilt line with new tobacco and packaging in New York in December 2014. When the rebuilt cigars shipped, halfwheel listed this 5 1/4 x 52 size under the name The Statesman.
