Description
The Arturo Fuente Rothschild Maduro pairs a 4 1/2 x 50 robusto frame with dark Connecticut broadleaf and an all-Dominican binder and filler. It is the shortest size in Fuente’s Gran Reserva series and also comes in a Natural version.
What It Tastes Like
In its June 2026 issue, Cigar Aficionado scored the Rothschild Maduro 90 points and rated it medium-full. Its dark wrapper looks rough, but the panel described a more refined, toasty draw than that suggests, with cocoa powder, roasted nuts, cinnamon and toffee, black pepper early and dried fruit late. In February 2001, Cigar Insider gave it 89 points at medium strength, noting nutty, toasted flavors with a citrus edge.
Who It’s For
- Broadleaf lovers short on time who want maduro in a compact robusto.
