No. 48 was created as Padrón’s contribution to the TAA Exclusive Series in 2016, marking the association’s 48th annual convention — the source of its name. It introduced a bold 5½ x 60 vitola to the 1926 Serie, built entirely from 100% Nicaraguan tobacco aged five to ten years, box-pressed and individually numbered in the tradition of every 1926 release.
