Description
The Padrón Serie 1926 No. 1 Natural is a robusto-sized entry into Padrón’s most celebrated line, built with tobaccos aged a minimum of five years and released in small batches to honor company founder José O. Padrón, born in 1926.
Construction & Origin
This 5 x 52 box-pressed robusto is a Nicaraguan puro, wrapped in a Nicaraguan Natural leaf over Nicaraguan binder and filler, hand-rolled at Tabacos Cubanica S.A. in Estelí. The Serie 1926 line uses some of Padrón’s oldest and most carefully selected tobaccos, aged a minimum of five years before rolling.
Flavor Profile
Full-bodied and richly complex, the No. 1 Natural delivers cocoa, roasted almonds, leather, and a subtle sweetness, backed by a firm, box-pressed draw and a long, satisfying finish.
Why It’s Sought After
The Serie 1926 line is consistently ranked among the best cigars in the world by Cigar Aficionado, with multiple vitolas scoring 90 points or higher. Limited production and five-year-plus aging make the No. 1 Natural a favorite among collectors and connoisseurs alike.
