Oliva Cigar Co. traces its roots to a family of Cuban tobacco farmers and is now based in Estelí, Nicaragua, as part of the J. Cortès Cigars group. Serie V is one of Oliva’s most decorated lines — the Serie V Melanio Figurado was named Cigar Aficionado’s #1 Cigar of the Year in 2014. “Tabolisa” refers to Tabacalera Oliva de Nicaragua S.A., Oliva’s Estelí factory; this Special Tabolisa edition was released to commemorate the factory’s 2019 renovation.
