Construction & Origin

This 6 x 60 gordo is finished in an oily, dark Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper over a Nicaraguan Corojo ’98 binder, with filler drawn from three different varieties of Corojo, including a newer tobacco called Corojo 2006 Maduro. Every cigar is hand-rolled at TABSA using Aganorsa Leaf tobacco. Gran Cañon — Spanish for “Grand Canyon” — was the first-ever 60 ring gauge vitola HVC released, introduced at the 2021 PCA Trade Show and packaged with a distinctive secondary footer band.
