Ferio Tego Elegancia LE 2022 Toro

The Ferio Tego Elegancia, hailing from the Dominican Republic, is distinguished by its Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper, complemented by Dominican binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. Launched in October 2021 by ex-Nat Sherman executives Michael Herklots and Brendon Scott, Ferio Tego is a luxury brand specializing in cigars and related accessories. Marking their debut, they introduced two distinct cigar lines, Elegancia and Generoso, each produced in a separate country. Both lines feature a 6″x 50 Toro vitola and are packaged in a 10-count Travel Humidor box from Humidif. Herklots describes the Elegancia as having “creamier, brighter notes,” contrasting with the Generoso’s “dense, savory notes.”
