The JJ designation comes from The father and son team’s first names, Jose and Jaime.Produced in the same Miami factory ad the Tatuje line this cigar is produced in limited quantities. The triple capped all Nicaraguan cigar features a Corojo leaf wrapper which conceals a Criollo binder and a blend of Corojo and Criollo long fillers. Woody/earthy notes and pepper are highlighted in the first third leading to a slight increase in the pepper in the second third joined by a sweet and creamy nuttiness which continues through the final third. It’s definitely a cigar suited for the beginning smoker and aficianado as well.
